WAS Congress 2025 Registration Site

Welcome to the registration site for the 27th Congress of the World Association for Sexual Health (WAS 2025) hosted in association with the 17th Congress of the Asia-Oceania Federation for Sexology (AOFS) and the 6th Sexology in Practice Symposium (SIPS) of the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS).

WAS 2025 is taking place at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Meanjin (Brisbane), Australia from Monday, 16 June – Thursday, 19 June 2025. 
 
By completing an online registration to attend the conference, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy, Code of Conduct, and the Secretariat's Privacy Policy.

Cancellation within 14 days of booking: 100% cancellation penalty equal to the total value of the accommodation is applicable Any no shows will incur a cancellation charge equal to the entire stay’s accommodation rate. Hotel requires a security pre-authorisation of $50.00 per room from a credit card or a $100.00 cash deposit per room, per night from all guests checking into the hotel. Upon check out, any unused portion of the cash will be refunded to the guest and credit card pre-authorisations returned to the credit card (may take up to five [5] business days). The Hotel is strictly 100% non-smoking. To protect the smoke free environment, Hotel will post a $250.00 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smoke in their guest room

Guests will be required to settle all incidental charges directly with the Hotel prior to departure. We will also ask each guest to provide us with a credit card upon arrival or a suitable holding deposit. This credit card or deposit will be used to deduct all charges for incidentals and for any damage to Hotel property or equipment caused by those guests.   • All fees are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST/VAT
  • Payment may be made immediately by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only) or select the Pay by Tax Invoice option to pay by EFT/Bank Transfer. Please note: payment is due 14 days from date of invoice and your registration is not guaranteed until payment is received.
  • If paying by bank transfer you must accept all bank fees incurred by your banking institution (if applicable). We will not deem registrations as fully paid if the full cost of the registration fee is not remitted.
